El Toro Luxury Wall Art, Gucci Brown 26x26

The Stephen Wilson Studio El Toro Luxury Wall Art in Gucci Brown sets a monumental embroidered bull — over half a million stitches in blues, steel, lavender and caramel — in three-dimensional relief over a deconstructed, quilted brown Gucci shopping bag. Vintage Western iconography through a luxury lens, and the anchor piece of a wall.

Stephen Wilson Studio works in embroidery, appliqué and collage over up-cycled luxury packaging — the boxes, shopping bags and silk scarves of the great fashion houses — stitched directly through the original material, mounted in relief and framed in acrylic. Each piece is made individually by hand, signed and numbered on the back; small differences in fabric placement and embroidered detail are part of what makes every one collectible.
