Details
The Stephen Wilson Studio Cherry Blossom Heart Petite Wall Art in Gucci Green stitches a heart of pink cherry blossoms and a relief-mounted butterfly over a quilted green Gucci box — the studio's most coveted petite, in a refined colourway.
Stephen Wilson Studio works in embroidery, appliqué and collage over up-cycled luxury packaging — the boxes, shopping bags and silk scarves of the great fashion houses — stitched directly through the original material, mounted in relief and framed in acrylic. Each piece is made individually by hand, signed and numbered on the back; small differences in fabric placement and embroidered detail are part of what makes every one collectible.
