Jellycat Amuseables Horatio Pistachio hails from a distinguished family—and he’ll gently remind you that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, thank you very much. His roots? A charming orchard in southern Italy.
Though his name sounds grand, Horatio was always a bit bashful—until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell. These days, whether he’s hand-rolling truffles or perfecting glossy, Dubai-style slabs, he’s in his element: cheerful, chocolate-smeared, and totally at home in the kitchen.
