Though he plays it cool, he's got quite the soft spot for Head Chef Brigitte Brioche (not that it’s a secret, Amuseables Coffee Cup says it’s painfully obvious). On weekends, you’ll find him at Gare du Nord, stopwatch in hand, timing the Eurostar to perfection.
