Details
The Zen Garden Collection draws inspiration from the profound significance of Zen Gardens, which have been an integral part of Japanese culture for centuries. These thoughtfully designed landscapes serve as visual representations of the harmony that exists between nature and the human spirit, providing a sanctuary for meditation, contemplation, and soulful reflection. Interpreted by Aram in brass and hand-textured, patinated steel with organically inspired shapes, he hopes this collection brings the same sense of peacefulness and beauty associated with these gardens into your home.
"I am greatly inspired by the Japanese design philosophy of Wabi-Sabi and have dedicated my work to the creation of handmade objects that reflect our own humanity, celebrating the perfectly imperfect aspects of nature. The connection of incorporating metal objects into Zen Gardens fascinates me as, according to the principles of Wabi-Sabi, patinated metal expresses the passage of time and the transient, ephemeral beauty of nature itself."
