Pansy Boiled Wool Blanket in Lilac

Pansies woven in jacquard relief on Tuscan boiled wool, made in the Prato district. Boiled wool is fulled with hot water and pressure until the fibres lock together, so the cloth is dense, holds its shape and needs no hem. The floral is woven in, not printed, so you can feel the motif as well as see it. At 150 x 190 cm it is larger than a standard throw. Use it as a bedcover on a single bed or drape it over a sofa.
