The Trudon Altair Classic Candle takes the Maison to the desert. Altaïr returns from a sold-out limited edition to join the Trudon collections permanently — a woody floral built on the strong character of oud, softened by a warm peony, with raspberry at the opening and cedar and leather beneath. “Altaïr brings together beautiful, timeless raw materials — sandalwood, cedar, styrax, agarwood — ingredients that meet within a shared chromatic universe,” says perfumer Émilie Bouge. “Altaïr evokes the symbolism of wood and earth with the finesse of a flower.”
The vessel reinterprets sand dunes in a modern, graphic way, playing sculptural light against golden-brown shadow in warm amber tones — an object that holds a room whether it is lit or not.
