RETURN POLICY

Enjoy hassle-free returns with no fees when choosing to receive Store Credit. We also offer refunds with a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more
  • All SALE items
  • Food Items
  • All Swimwear
  • Jewelry + other accessories
  • Designer Handbags

    All return requests must be made within 21 days of the order being placed. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Once a return is delivered to CHROME, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

     

    HOW IT WORKS: To claim your store credit, head to our Return Portal. Here, you select the items you'd like to return and the reason for the return. 

    • CHROME does not cover the cost of shipping a return. 
    • Store Credit: Once your return is received, store credit will be emailed to you. 
    • Refunds: Please allow 5-10 business days for any refunds to be sent back to you once your order is processed.

     

    SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box, as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
