We love this skinny snake belt, with its strategically placed castings around the belt strap -- so you not only see the cute snake head and tail from the front, but you can see snake scales around the sides! Regarding sizing: each belt has 10 holes spaced 1" apart, the sizing below is the measurement to the 3rd hole (allowing for 2" adjustment to make larger). Why so many holes? So you can tighten it enough to wear as a waist belt!
